Plutonium UPDATER Missing critical Files

It isnt letting me uninstall it fully or redownload it it is like it stays on my pc i tried uninstallin it from everysingle driver i dont know how to redownload it or restart updater i only have one plutonium app in my files and i everytime i try to open it it shows the image above

Kwzim I'm not familiar with this particular case, but I can advise you to go to the Plutonium AppData file and run Win + R and %localappdata\Plutonium%, then try to delete all this file, including the plutonium.exe. Redownload plutonium.exe and make sure you have a stable connection.
