How do i know if i got banned on plutonium and for what reason??

I injected some plugins into the game just to upgrade textures and graphics but i didn't know there were rules on plutonium, i just noticed that.
I haven't been able to play since a week ago i think more, i try to launch the game but i only got a black screen of cmd window and i don't see any prompt saying i'm banned. Anyway, i'm really sorry i broke the rules and it will never happen again I hope i could play zombies again soon. thanks for your time.@jaime-gnr If you are still able to launch the launcher and it doesnt have you log back in then you are not banned its a game issue try launching normal multiplayer with out plutonium and if it still shows just a black screen then its you copy of the game but if it does work try plutonium again

DemonicRuler hi. I launched the game in multiplayer without plutonium launcher and the game runs normally but on an out of date plutonium even zombies. i try on plutonium again i hit on ''play'' and then cmd windows shows up and it seems it is stuck or something like that, on top says bootstrapper-win32.exe and nothing else happens. I've been like this over a week, i don't know what to do

That doesn't mean you're banned, that's an antivirus issue. If you have defender, add pluto to exclusions and if you have a shitty antivirus like avast/avg/etc I'd recommend uninstalling them, they're probably interfering with it

@jaime-gnr apparently plutonium no longer works for windows 7 and windows 8.1 and now only works on windows 10 only and what os are you using if i may ask?

HannesC Hi, i have avast antivirus and i added plutonium to exclusions on avast and windows defender long time ago, i was able to play and suddenly next day i couldn't play anylonger, some friends on discord can play with no problem

DemonicRuler Hi, I'm on windows 10 pro i notice that a lot of people have that problem too but there's no solution yet.

@jaime-gnr I would suggest running piry.exe again to see if that would fix the issue

@jaime-gnr avast is the problem, people have reported avast still continues to operate even if you disable it or add it to exclusions. Uninstall avast, windows defender is better anyways

HannesC I uninstalled avast and i can't play yet. Still bootstrapper black screen

Since defender is now active, add pluto to exclusions in your firewall
