Getting kicked for VPN

I was using my vpn (ExpressVPN) and I was kicked from the game for using it so I turned it off and closed it on my task manager but every time I try to join a game it kicks me out, I am new too plutonium can someone please help?

Most community servers don't allow VPNs, because it can be used for ban evasions and other issues. Plutonium has nothing to do with it. It's up to the server owner.
