In any bo2 map that I play on solo , the jump is bugged and has an moon jump effect , like feather falling from minecraft and half of the time the jumps don't even register and I need to stop moving to jump . Is it a setting that I can change or is it a server issue ?

Have your FPS capped to 200 or below
