Plutonium VPN - I Changed ISP and Kicked For VPN I Don't Know About?

Hi there,
I've been playing Plutonium for months with no issue.
Changed my internet service provider yesterday, and now I am kicked from every server I join for the use of VPNs.
I understand I can contact server owners to whitelist my name, and the VPN issue is with the server owners, not Plutonium.
However I'd like to figure out the cause of the VPN issue, as I'm not aware of any VPN running on my computer.
Anyone have any advice on solving this, or similar experience?

Contact your ISP and inform them about the issue. You can request to change your IP for free. The majority of community run servers don't allow VPNs due to malicious users, but sometimes an IP can be flagged as one. Simply change it. It has nothing to do with plutonium, as servers are run by the community.
