error code 126 (2nd try)

I posted about this earlier and I feel like I did not give enough clarification. I just redownloaded plutonium after not playing for a while. I'd say around a year or so. Every time I try to open the launcher I get this error code. I have NEVER pirated Black ops 2 as I bought it on steam over a YEAR ago. I have screenshot proof of me owning the game on steam and I can stream my whole steam library if need be to show that I bought the full game. I just want to know why I am getting this error.

semja well, first red flag is that you don't have bo2 installed. Install bo2 (mp and zm) and delete any modified files from your game folder if you have any.

Your PC is fucked due to pirated files or you fucked your files. We will not help with piracy or broken Windows installs -
