Crash

[first immortal]

I'm playing, and in the middle of the round the game closes and runs in the background and I can't get back into the game. An error appears saying it crashed and I don't know what to do, I've been having this problem for weeks, I tried to find an answer but I got more questions than answers. can anybody help me? I would be very grateful.
