plutonium banned my account out of nowhere

Help, the tlauncher banned me because he wanted to, enter my account and ban me for 6 days after not having played for 3 days.
I created another account with another gmail and it lets me play only in offline mode but when I go online it bans my account.
How do I solve this error? -
The same thing happened to me, I haven't played for like 3 months, I just logged in and I have been banned for 1700 days._.
