Make a bo2 server

hello everyone, I'd like to create my own bo2 server. So yes, there's this tutorial here https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/32250/an-update-on-game-ownership-verification
But I've followed all the steps and I always come back to the same point: error when verifying my account. It's public, as requested etc. However, my English is a bit rusty and I'm wondering if I shouldn't have bought the game to create a server?
Any ideas would be appreciated!

If you have the steam version of the game it sould be easy and it must to work. -
ChosenUndead i was pretty it was that : i need to plutonium version AND the steam version...i can't create a server without having the steam version ?

"game ownership verification", meaning it checks for ownership, if you own the game
Why else would we ask for your Steam profile to be public and why would we display the list of your owned Call of Duty games? -

Zoxi.- maybe he misread idk, you need to own the game(s) to host a public server
You will see an error when trying to create a key anyways -
