Creating 24/7 BO2 VPS Multiplayer Server

Hey, I would love some help from anyone who has the knowledge. I'm trying to setup a 24/7 multiplayer server on bo2. I want to have this server running maps and modes of my choosing so that anyone can join and play. For example, some of my favorite servers are nukejacked 24/7, L A T I N O S 24/7 TDM and [ N U K 3 T O W N]. These servers just have common maps and modes running 24/7. They also dont allow certain scorestreaks and items. I'm looking to make a server just like this. I understand that these need to be paid for, and thats okay, I'm just asking to be pointed in the right direction.
