Setting up game... issue

Hello Plutonium Staff,
Recently i am facing a issue that looks like Setting up game... and then nothing happens.
I looks like the game is totally freeze and nothing happens after this.I waited for some time
but nothing happens.I dont know why it is showing this type of issue now.
Kindly reply to my post because i cannot play the game.

It's hard to understand what your issue is

Can you describe what you do and what happens exactly?

For example: "After clicking the game is freezes on a blackscreen, sound can be heard but I can't see anything"

So, when I click on the server the server says Setting up game... and then I cannot enter in the match.
I cannot hear anything related to the match. There is no black screen, it just shows the map for example Dome and then it freezes at Setting up game... and then nothing happens. I can connect to some of the specific servers but I cannot to other servers I mean most of the servers. For Example In NameLessNoob server I can connect but on the other side HGM server I cannot connect to that server and many other servers too. It always show up like this Setting up game... . It is happening with me about 2 days ago. Plz can you fix this issue.

ISI markhor are you using a clean Steam copy with nothing installed in it (such as another client)?

You can say that it is Steam copy, because IW5 is installed with game path that is saying (SteamLibrary>steamapps>common>Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3). I did not purchase IW5 with steam so, you can say that it is Clean steam copy. In fact when I open the launcher, there is a start button which is green in color and at the right side of this button, there is game setting button, when I open it, two options show, one is game path and the second is Steam, below it, it says that (Verify Ownership).So what do you think about it? I think that the game folder IW5 is downloaded from the wrong site. Because it is Steam copy not original one. In plutonium I think pluto type file is downloaded to run IW5 fine with no connection issue. Plz help me to fix this issue.

Also one thing I forgot to mention is, I have uninstalled my steam because of storage issues.
