How to reply a problem with plutonium because a Telecable issue

Ok, i have problem with Telecable, if i use a VPN, i can open Plutonium and the game, if doesn't, i can't log in on the plutonium Launcher.
If i use a VPN, maybe the server's going to kick me instantly.
So, how i can reply in the telecable support about the problem, what's the problem in first place at a technical level?

Alz_Reaper Hey,
This is likely caused by DNS (Domain Name Service). DNS is used to translate a name to an IP-address. The internet doesn't understand names like plutonium.pw by default. This is where DNS comes in. Your ISP (Internet Service Provider, Telecable in this case) likely pushes its own DNS servers to your router/modem. Your router/modem will then tell your devices to use that DNS to resolve domain names to IP-addresses.
It could be that the DNS of Telecable blocks the domain (plutonium.pw) or somehow redirects it to the wrong IP-address. You can resolve this problem by changing your DNS settings in Windows. You could also change them on your router/modem (if you got access to that) so every device on your network will use the new DNS settings. I recommend using Cloudflare DNS. AlexN0mas had the same problem, swapping DNS to Cloudflare resolved it for him.
