"VPN PROBLEM"

Hello, I have a problem that to solve it I must use a VPN (the problem is that I cannot log in without VPN) but when I use it on the black ops 2 servers it does not let me log in because a message appears that says "You are kicked for the reason VPN" but when I deactivate the VPN I cannot log in and my signal is cut off and I cannot play, even so there are servers that do let me log in but it is difficult to find them

This has nothing to do with plutonium since the servers are community hosted. Your best option is to contact the owner of the server you're playing on and ask them to whitelist your VPN's IP address. The main reason most community servers don't allow VPNs is that bad actors can use them to bypass bans, among other issues.
