Hello, can someone tell me with a video how I can create a server and play with my friends in Black Ops 2?

ff_shadow Why would you need a server for just you and your friends on Black Ops 2? You can just host your own with just you and your friends in a custom game?
If you still want to insist on still creating a server, there is already a detailed easy to follow guide on their website. You also need to own the game first of all. Meaning buying it on steam and verifying that you own a license to it.

ff_shadow As I already mention just follow the guide if you insist on still creating a server. You can just join a bunch of servers that already has similar with your friends with randoms. No idea what you mean by double.
