probleme with bo2 launcher

so i been getting an error in plutonium launcher when i installed it the first time it was ok then when i installed it again there is an error with a white screen saying
GPUDriverD3D11::CreateTexture, unable to create texture.
GPUDriverD3D11::CreateTexture, unable to create shader resource view for texture.
GPUDriverD3D11::CreateRenderBuffer, unable to create render target.when i used to install the launcher it was ok now idk what is happening and my specs are i3 3120m and 8gb ddr3 ram and intel hd 4000 graphics and the game was running fine on 60 fps when i used to play it
