Black ops 1 constant stutter and lag

Black ops when torrented and ran on plutonium lags alot but when I run Black ops 2 it runs smooth which confuses me. I messed around with the settings but it never solves the issue. My computer is not the problem.

Very simple answer and been repeated many times. Best to look on the forum first before posting a repeated question. Black Ops 1 was a bad PC port and not optimized, unlike WaW, BO2, etc. It's exactly the same as on Steam. Most need a decent PC to run the game stably, but for now, turn on shader warming and low graphics settings
