When its papped, the pap camo shows up not your default camo

Reealithy i have the custom camo set to just pap, not default. that's why I'm confused why its not showing up?
Wicked Jalk maybe cuz its using the waw camo not bo1 i think cuz i remember der riese is the only map in zombies until bo3 which has 2 pap camos
