Plutonium updater error help plesse

i keep getting an error has occurred when trying to launch plutonium, error info below.

i got that a week ago it just fixed itself after a few hours

this is my first time setting it up and its been a few days and im still getting the same thing, it just keeps saying 'An error has occurred' with different error codes each time.

ive tried using the cloudflare DNS and WARP however im still running into the same issue, i think im going to hold off on trying to use plutonium until i build a new PC. Ive been trying to install it for about 2 weeks now and its still giving me the same error even though ive tried to reinstall directx 11 and ensuring that all my drivers are up to date.
Im running a i7-6700k with a gtx 1070, not sure if thats relevent but im not sure what do to at this point. Thank you for your help in this.
