Plutonium Updater Error (bin/plutonium-launcher-win32.exe)

I keep getting this error every time I try to run plutonium.exe. I've checked task manager and there isn't any other processes using plutonium.

I don't understand as I was playing just fine yesterday.

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin\plutonium-launcher-win32.exe

Or alternatively restarting your pc works as well.
