Plutonium launcher won't initiate.

I haven't played BO2 for some weeks and today when I tried to get in and start the launcher, the launcher just shows a message along the lines of "fetching update info" and then crashes and closes without displaying an error. I reinstalled the whole game, I execute the plutonium as admin and does nothing. I also searched a topic similar to this on the forum and someone answered to install some redist stuff. I did that and still not working. I'm on windows 10, not 7, so I'm really lost on what to do.

Uhh what antivirus do you have? Try adding pluto to exclusions.
