26 Problem during the match

For some reason, servers that used to work fine are now giving connection error messages. The match proceeds normally, my ping isn't high (66), but the game acts as if I have over 300 ping. This didn't happen before. I'm talking about servers that worked normally and are from my country, but now they're practically unplayable. Is there a way to fix this? I searched the forum and didn't find any topic about it.

Yes, these are servers that didn't have problems before, but now a disconnect message keeps flashing on the screen and the game freezes, I can't run, and the characters around me seem to "teleport". My ping isn't high, it stays between 66 and 100, but even so, this didn't affect me before. This happens in Black Ops 2, but not in MW3. I think there are only 2 servers where I can play smoothly.

I managed to figure it out. While searching, I saw there were two things to do. The first was to use a code in the console to remove the interrupted connection error: cg_drawDisconnect 0.
After doing that, the error that keeps flashing on the screen disappears, but there's still the problem of not being able to run the game and it being extremely laggy, even with low ping. To fix this, you need to go into the game settings and lower the FPS to 120. From what I understand, the game starts to lag at FPS above 200. After doing these two things, the game simply returns to normal in all aspects.
