OPEN NAT black ops 2

im trying to change my NAT type on black ops 2 plutonium from moderate to open but im having no luck. i have tried forwarding all of these recommended ports TCP: 3074, 27014-27050
UDP: 3074, 3478, 4379-4380, 27000-27036 and reset my router but its changed nothing for my nat type. i dont know what to do and its bugging the crap out of me. does anyone know what else i should do to change my nat type please? -
