Plutonium.Updater.App stopped working

I downloaded the bo2 cod by the '' piry''like it said in the installation guide, then after downloading, I open plutonium.exe, and he created another executable, plutonium.new, however as soon as I open this new executable for to work, what should I do?

Is that windows 7? If yes, it isn't supported, upgrade to win10.
