      Try adding Pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions. Follow here

          Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and launch the updater as admin again.

            it does not solve the problem. I think their is a technical issue with the updater

              Shakalyy- Are you using any antivirus software besides defender? Try disabling your firewall.
