I can't play custom match or match in lan mode with my friends, I did the steps at https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/7/custom-games-with-friends, but they still can't get in, appears when entering the session and goes nowhere.
-
lucas9111 well in lan mode you have to forward port 4976 and they have to connect via the console using your wan ip.
-
Dss0 Okay, thanks, I'll try.
-
Ey bro, did u can solve it?
-
STG_Ozzy stop hijacking multiple topics. What exactly is the issue?
-
Dss0 sjdajsd sorry, when i try to play a custom match with friends on zombies, only appears "joining game session" and desappear and nothing happens, and yes i trie with all ports and console codes and firewall config.
-
STG_Ozzy so i'm guessing upnp is disabled? Alright so
- post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings
- make sure to start the game before letting them connect (you have to be ingame, lobbies don't work)
- They have to use the ip you see when you visit this site https://www.whatismyip.com/
-
Dss0 yes i do all of them inclusive we use hamachi and radmin and try with upnp:disabled and enabled and nothing happens, and tried reinstalling and is the same.
Sorry for my poor english
-
Dss0 so, dont have a solution ?
-
STG_Ozzy still waiting for the screenshot..
-
Dss0 Can you put an example pls
-
-
Dss0 i found this, is like the example of belkin (virtual servers)
-
STG_Ozzy yea try creating a forwarding rule for port 4976 there. And then try letting your friends connect via the console using the ip you see here https://www.whatismyip.com/
-
Dss0 I cant put the ip of the link but i can with ip of "ipconfig" from cmd
-
STG_Ozzy the ip from https://www.whatismyip.com/ doesn't go into any forwarding rule, it is used by people outside your network to connect to your game... ofc the ip you have to put into the forwarding rule is your lan ip so the ip you can get via ipconfig yes.

Dss0 ty so much bro, now is working = )
