I don't know how to set up a private match with friends

Hi all, I need help. The problem is that i cant create a private server to play with my friends. I looked it up and you have to port-forward, the problem is my router doesn't allow that. If there is an alternative i would love to know how to do it. Thanks in advance.

if you have a router with upnp then all you need to do is just use the discord rich presence and invite him to custom games or go to https://whatismyip.org and give him your ipv4

I don't know how to check if I have upnp, sorry if this is easy to check I literally have no knowledge on routers and all that

Follow this. Explained everything in detail in there. If your networking tab says upnp is disabled, either its disabled on your router or your router doesn't support it. If its the first, its different for different routers, google how to enable upnp <your router name here> whereas if its the latter, buy a better router.
