Plutonium Update not downloading

I have a problem with the recent plutonium update downloading. It tells me the process can't access the file because it's being by another process. I don't have anything running except the downloader when I try to go and download the update. If anyone knows a fix, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Restart your PC.

i restarted my pc it's still says " Not Up-To-Date "

Delete the launcher (delete the .new as well if there's one) and redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. Delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and run the launcher as admin again.

Also this thread isn't related to your error, please create your own thread instead of hijacking others.
