plutonium crash failed to check for updates

I downloaded plutonium today I press launcher there is plutonium and plutonium.new in the folder that I downloaded I try launching both of them they show this message I turned off my antivirus and I ran plutonium as administrator it dont work how do I fix this problem

@WEDDING-CAKE delete both of them and download the launcher from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe

thanks for the help actually I ended up restarting my PC and launched again and it worked
