I've tried both the steam version and Plutonium version. I have gone through setup tutorial and I have correctly setup the game directory but, as soon as I click play Plutonium crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. It show T6mp in the folder but, it loads normal Bo2.

Run the redists and dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder provided with the basegame. Also what antivirus do you use? If its defender, refer to this video whereas if its other trash AVs like McAfee, Avast, etc uninstall them.
