Crash Error

My friend is getting this crash error whenever launching through plutonium exe. Hes tried running piry, redownloading the launcher, and other things.

Piry isn't functional atm, if he wants to repair his files, follow this guide. Regarding the error, does he have any ingame overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, quit/disable them.
