Ever since I downloaded Plutonium Launcher and BO2 zombies, my ip has been getting malicious ip alerts. Is there any reason this might happen.

@AlinKing007 Stop talking outta your ass, we don't sell anything to anybody, especially our client's data.

JimThom77 Not related to Plutonium, however, the server you're playing on, can clearly see your IP and can do anything with it - we don't take responsibility for that. You could try playing on reputed servers which have been hosting servers for a long time on these clients to ensure server owners not abusing stuff.

Then you created a public server instead of custom games and probably didn't have a password, which means it was clearly accessible from the serverlist and others could see it too, hence how unknown people joined your game. If you're trying to play with friends privately, you should follow this guide.

I used this guide and this is how we did it. No clue why this is happening. Now im even having trouble joining friends that I was able to join yesterday, but I think its unrelated.

JimThom77 where are you getting these alerts from? Your router's firewall? Some software you installed on your pc? Might just be falsely flagging normal game traffic as malicious.

@AlinKing007 who buys ip's? it's the least private thing about your online presence.
