Game crash

I can't launch the game its crashes every time i did everything right

heres what i did i downloaded the torrent and all of the files was in a folder called games and i click the launcher and click the game settings to locate the file and i clicked play and it saids launcher cant respond and it crashes everytime

ROYCE1 Install the redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder provided with the basegame. Also what antivirus do you use?

i did what you told me and i uses mcafee as my antivirus and it still crashes
it just get stuck at the loading screen after that it closes -
why i cant because i have paid 1 year subscription on mcafee

Ask McAfee, they are causing the problem after all. All we can tell you is that they are causing it and that uninstalling solves that problem.

it finally work but why is it hard to find join a public match

ROYCE1 there are no public matches/matchmaking, you have to join a server via the server browser.

there is no matchmaking in plutonium.
plutonium has dedicated servers only. -
