basically i can download the game fine but when i download the plutonuim.exe it downloads fine but it wont run at all it just says the app stopped working im using windows 8.1 steam can run fine but for some reason your plutonium app wont even install its completely broken

Install everything inside the
Redistfolder, includingDirectX/DXSETUP
Or, you can try this automated toolIf this does not help, you can try updating to Windows 10.

i dunno gents its fine if changing my dns and trying vpn wont work the problem must be windows 8 ill have to upgrade to 10 thanks for the help appreciate it
