When i try to launch Black ops 2 zombies or multiplayer i get a message saying "Appid is not configured." I tried using the "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" thing but it did not work. What should i do?

Reinstall windows I guess. Blame whatever trash skidrow repack you previously downloaded that modified your system's dlls. Also you restarted your PC after running the dism command right?

Oh you're still using skidrow repack? Why tho? I assumed you already deleted it hence why I recommended to reinstall windows. Nuke the whole folder, redownload clean game files from here, run the dism command again and try launching Pluto.

No, i was not using skidrow actually. I downloaded a version from steam unlocked to play the campaign and just left the folder there ever since i finished the campaign . When plutonium came out with a torrent version of the BO2 base game i got that, but the steam unlocked version of the game was still saved my computer and plutonium worked, for a few months actually, but for some reason it isn't working anymore. I deleted the folder for it but that didn't fix anything. It shouldn't even be doing this because the directory on the launcher had nothing to do with the steam unlocked version, it's directory was the "pluto_t6_full_game" folder. I think that the launcher might need me to configure some sort of non-existent cfg file. I've been trying to fix this since yesterday and found absolutely nothing that worked, it could be something that has to do with piry being offline. Do you have any other suggestions?

ss2ampin You have used skidrow previously, which (as far as I know) messes with core windows files. Nuke your windows install and use the official guide.

used to have this problem. i managed through it by deleting the last game i downloaded which was using its folder in AppData.

what is the last game you've downloaded?

you must delete it. check black ops 2 if it works. if it didnt. delete the second last game and try again. ive had to delete 3 games and the third one was causing the problem for me.

ss2ampin I had the same problem ... the only thing you have to do is uninstall the games you have from that repack
