Plutonium not launching

I have downloaded plutonium.exe and when I click on It, It doesn’t do anything. Showing spinning thing on my cursor and does nothing. Also copied bo2 files form plutonium website and there is no piry.exe? Please can someone help me please:(

Like this, I don’t see the piry.exe and plutonium doesn’t launch -
Piry is not used anymore, you can delete it.
