      Try restarting your computer and make sure you've allowed %localappdata%\plutonium through your Antivirus exceptions.

            Tf is that file path? Move it to somewhere else like C:/Games or such. Also delete that exe, disable your AV temporarily and redownload it again from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. (Add exclusions to Pluto after that.)
