      kepler try running the launcher as admin.
      Also avira might cause issues, try excluding C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium from scanning.

          kepler could be that avira deleted it, try excluding it from scanning. Check the quarantine in avira.
