Server won't show up for my friends or me

I have setup the server and all of the settings but it wont seem to show up for any of my friends as well as myself. I provided images of the server start and the server config

Wavyyy Looks like we're having similar problems. Are you and/or your friends able to connect to the server with connect command in the command line?
