@Marcqss which antivirus software do you use?
Have you tried running the launcher as admin?
Could also try deleting the Plutonium folder in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local

Dss0 i use the windows antivirus and i try to running with admin, but the problem i think that in my pc a program open plutonium but idk what is this program

@Marcqss can you post a screenshot of your windows defender exclusion settings? Also just try restarting your pc.
