plutonium.exe keeps running in background but won't open for a while and says "failed to check updates a task was cancelled" "Not Up to Date, You're missing critical Plutonium files. Restart updater with internet access to download them"

I downloaded all the Redist files and still the same problem..

@okaya try changing your dns servers to 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
      How big is your plutonium.exe?
Also which antivirus software do you use?
