they banned me for no reason

I wanted to ask for help, the other day I was going to play call of duty black ops 2 and the following happened to me. I closed the section, and when I entered my account again, this appeared to me. It tells me that I have been banned for almost a year and a half. is there any way to solve it, it should be clarified that I have not used haks or anything, I swear. can you help me please?(

what are you on about lol, so far all evidence points to him simply being unable to read the ban message that tells him not to try and create new accounts as that will extend his ban.
