bo2 doesn't open

Good afternoon, I turned on my computer and went to open the bo2 normally, however, I clicked '' play '' and the pu launcher closed and the game didn't open and there was no error message, it just wouldn't open, and I would like to know what I can do to fix this error. Bearing in mind that I was playing normally without any errors, and I would also like to make it clear that there is no overlapping application and no application that prevents the game from opening, such as '' AfterBurner '' for example. I await reply, Thank you!
Ps: I am not using any anti-virus.

DistantSky43 Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install all redist's and directx (dxsetup.exe in the directx folder).

Dss0 I had already done this procedure this morning trying to correct this same error): I will uninstall and install the game to see if I can get something. It is really a very strange error because yesterday I was playing normally and today when I turned on the computer I came across it, I really appreciate the understanding and if you have some more ways to help me correct this error, you can send it to me. and if you want to send an email so that I can send a video to show this error it would be better for you.
