I have Upnp enabled but my friends cant join me on Zombies

I have followed the steps of putting my network to private, enabling plutonium in my firewall, and even disabling the firewall!. But a lot of my friends play this game and all of us have the same problem, we have Upnp enabled but we cant host zombies matches. I need help please!
