When I press launch nothing happens

I was trying to play plutonium earlier today and it kept sayin there was a virus so i deleted it and redownloaded it because i had downloaded it when it was done through the command. but regardless I press launch on either Bo2 MP or Zombies and it doesntdo anything it just closes plutonium but doesnt open the game
