Hello, I had just got banned on plutonium. I then tried to log in and it let me, then it said I was banned for 12 days on top of the 7 days that I was banned for. in which I had never done anything wrong!

Please read AC policy. You probably did something that triggered the AC. Nothing the staff can do. All you can do is wait your time, be lucky you are given a 2nd chance to play the game and when you are unbanned, please prevent yourself from doing whatever you did that got you banned. -
I had made my account in 2020 and had played bo2 for a while. I launched the game like normal and nothing in that AC policy could have been triggered since I am not a cheating scumbag.
