@Simply-Unknown You get that on specific servers or on all of them? Try joining the server you have lowest ping on, doesn't matter if its empty, try joining it. If you can, it's definitely something related to your internet (high packet loss or such) and if you can't, make sure there aren't any 3rd party firewalls blocking Pluto. Also try joining servers through the main menu (before you get into Online and such).

Qwiqs Its caused due to selecting the wrong folder i.e. one which doesn't contain the game. Select your correct bo2 folder in game settings of the launcher.

Diegoadm11 If it takes too much time, your PC is probably too slow/old to run the game, I'd suggest upgrading your PC. Although if it loads in lesser than like 20-30 secs and then shows the error, might be high packet loss or just shitty internet connection in general.

If you have a BO2 error please do not put it in WAW Client Support put it in BO2 Client Support Section

aaronramos Try writing r_fullscreen 0 then vid_restart in the external console (bootstrapper cmd window). Maybe should work.
