a mi me pasaba también intenta abrirlo desde la carpeta, a mi me sirvió
dale a windows+R y pon appdata luego enter, ve a local, busca plutonium, luego bin y finalmente inicia el exe desde allí, espero te ayude un saludo desde Argentina.
