after doing what it says i still get the error and it still starts at 88%

i have tried downloading the launcher last night but it didnt work so i deleted it and tried again and when i open the install it starts at 88% then i get a error

nope none of them worked

i used to get this error d3dcompiler_43.dll try reinstalling the game so i did now it just crashes

it just crashes

yes ive tried multiple times

these are my files and when i click play the laucnher crashes and nothing happens

i click the green play button the the launcher crashes and nothing opens
