Miaa_ You can just copy a GSC file in the scripts of WAW folder and just overwrite it with the script given to you in this post. You dont need to install a GSC toolkit

WockX you need to change the extension of the file to .gsc, in your windows explorer, click "View" then there should be an option called something like "Show file extensions" click that, you will now see your file as .txt, rename it, and rename the .txt to .gsc

I don't know what to say but I didn't expect this bug to be still in the game after so long, i am just curious as to why this happens and why hasn't it been fixed. I assume its hard and time consuming probably for them to fix this that's why but idk, iam just curious.
