What info can I give can you tell me?

I have reinstalled everything from the launcher itself to the full game torrent for every game it does this for every game not just bo2, i have done everything there is to do with the firewall and still nothing, i have also seen a total of 2 or 3 people have the same issue and nobody helped, the code to start up the game will not show up its just an empty box until the unknown error pops up. Someone please for the love of God look into this.

Every time I try and play any game it just shows this, I've tried for b02 b01 and waw and still the same thing and it won't even tell me the issue I don't know what to do anymore.
